Dr. Shane Howell’s low back and hip routine

This is the routine I personally use on a daily basis.  I combine it with a neck/upper back/shoulder routine.

To keep my spine and joints healthy I do the following:

  1. Daily exercise routine, like the video above
  2. Weekly chiropractic adjustments by Dr. Paula Howell with Activator Methods technique.
  3. Daily walking
  4. Minimize sitting
  5. Daily consumption of collagen and bone broth protein
  6. Daily consumption of Boswellia Complex and Protease (natural anti-inflammatories)
  7. Daily consumption of gut support (fermented foods, enzymes)
