To keep my spine and joints healthy I do the following:
- Daily exercise routine, like the video above
- Weekly chiropractic adjustments by Dr. Paula Howell with Activator Methods technique.
- Daily walking
- Minimize sitting
- Daily consumption of collagen and bone broth protein
- Daily consumption of Boswellia Complex and Protease (natural anti-inflammatories)
- Daily consumption of gut support (fermented foods, enzymes)
